Serenoa Repens

Serenoa repens is a species of dwarf palm. Like other species, it is called "Florida palm" or "Palm kale". It is the only species recognized for the genus Serenoa, of the Arecaceae family.

The genus was dedicated to the American botanist Sereno Watson (1826-1892). The epi-thetes repens ("crawling" in Latin) alludes to its often crawling stems.

We use a 4: 1 dry extract, the part of the plant used is the fruit.

Maca (Lepidium Meyenii):

Maca is a plant native from Puna (region of the high altitudes of the Andes mountain range, between 3800 and 4000 m altitude). It was widely cultivated during the pre-Columbian period.

Maca is part of the cruciferous family: it is a tuber. Its aerial parts resemble dandelion leaves, arranged in a rosette. It is also called Peruvian Ginseng because of its supposed positive effects on sexual and reproductive capacities.

First used for its nutritional value, it is also known in traditional Peruvian medicine to have many virtues.

We use a dry extract (4: 1 ratio).

Maca (Lepidium Meyenii Walp) is used to improve the harmony and satisfaction of the couple.

Maca was widely used by the Incas, especially in Peru. Numerous in vivo studies have been carried out on this plant.

Panax Ginseng :

Panax ginseng is a perennial that belongs to the genus Panax of the Araliaceae family. About ten species of ginseng are cultivated throughout the world1, the best-known species are Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer, native to Northeast Asia, and Panax quinquefolium (American ginseng). The root of ginseng is renowned for its pharmaceutical properties, but is also used as a classic food (vegetable).

The generic name "Panax" comes from the Greek words Pan, which means "everything", and Akosqui means "remedy". Panax (in French: panacea) therefore designates the universal remedy. Ginseng is an essential basis of the Asian pharmacopoeia and its fame is proverbial in Asia., ” (source: Wikipedia)

Panax Ginseng is well known and widely used in many parts of the world for its beneficial and energizing virtues.

We use a standardized 2% dry extract of Panax Ginseng CA Meyer's root ginsenosides.
